+30,huhhuh
It is unusual warm here in Finland +30 degrees, maybe too warm in my taste but I'm not complaining. I can always stay inside or be in the shadows. It is quite funny that I think +30 is okey when I'm etc. in Spain but in Finland it is too hot. If I'm in Spain I'm on holiday and I do have all the time just be in the beach but here at home I have to do normal things like working and vacuuming. Sweating in the sea is more fun than vacuum in your hand:)
I had refreshing milk and blueberries for breakfast, yammy. Blueberries are not local, they are from Spain.

Luscious image of the berries in cream!
ReplyDeleteOi,mustikkamaito olisi naminamia!
ReplyDeleteMukavaa vkonloppua!

So simple. So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteYou always make me hungry for more! I love your sense of humor! Great photos!
ReplyDeleteKohta on oikea mustikka aika!
I agree with that kind of heat. I do not like it either. Blueberries are yummy to eat and yummy to photograph.
ReplyDeleteLove your thoughts on the heat, we're used to it here, but do find it more enjoyable in the pool than vacuuming!
ReplyDeleteI love the blueberry shot. I have never considered having them with milk. Ice cream on the other hand...
your berries look so inviting
ReplyDeleteSusan- it is the finnish way to eat blueberries with milk and hint of sugar.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous images and I love the blueberry one - it really makes me long for Scandinavian blueberries (which I grew up eating with milk, just like you), which are SO much yummier than the English ones...
ReplyDeleteDearest Henrietta, kiitos, kiitos, kiitos very much for your kind words a moment ago - you made my day!

In Spain they have air conditioning!!! at home it's rough when it reaches those temperatures. I've just had strawberries with milk but never blueberries - they look delicious.
ReplyDeleteOh Dear Henrietta I have to smile at the +30 because I live in the sweltering heat of the Arizona Desert and this time of year begins our brutal Summer Heat, so +30 is sounding very comfortable to me. *winks* But then again, I can't take the cold and may have been the only Tourist that ever wore a jacket to a Tropical Island because I found the damp air to be rather cool! *LOL* I hope your climate goes back to normal so you can be comfortable again... I completely understand that unseasonable weather can really throw us off!
ReplyDeleteDawn... The Bohemian
Beautiful photos - so inspirational!!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on heat at home vs heat on vacation at the pool, lake, or ocean! Your blueberries look so delicious!
ReplyDeleteFabulous photos! Love the clean colors and composition!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful .... such lovely images! I really enjoy working with textures, myself. You did an exemplary job! And I much prefer a cooler climate as well ... we are at a balmy and humid *88 degrees ... much, much too warm for me, and there is not a beach anywhere close! I tend to hibernate indoors when it's this hot, and I'm sure I'm not the only one! So grateful for air conditioning on days like this! We also have storms on the way ... we've had too many of them this year. Hope your weather improves, as well!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos!! I love them!
ReplyDeleteYou always do such beautiful work Henrietta!
ReplyDeleteThe second one is truly perfection.
Beautiful photo, so soft and lovely!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, love the texture, just so pretty
ReplyDeleteBoth are so pretty, love the spoon holding the berry!
ReplyDeleteTiffany
Your flowers are very delicately photographed, lovely.
ReplyDeleteyummy berries, lovely flower and great photos!
ReplyDeleteLove your take on refreshing! And I couldn't agree more about sweating while vacumming. Ugh. Love the blueberry pic. Thanks so much for linkin up to our Crazy Days of Summer!
ReplyDeleteHi Henrietta, thank you for visiting my blog and your lovely comments. I know what you mean about beaches in Europe. I'm born in Sweden, but live in Australia now. The beach in the picture is Rainbow Beach in Queensland, but the stretch of beach goes on for kilometers. I've been enjoying your beautiful pictures and getting homesick for Sweden, midsummer, blueberries and wildflowers! I'll be sure to visit your blog again. :-)
ReplyDeletethe blueberries look so delicious!!!
ReplyDeleteLove these---the blueberries look delicious!
ReplyDeleteI love the photo of the blueberries in milk! What a refreshing snack. Are those little granules of sugar I see on the blueberries? Too cool!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining Alicia and I in the Crazy Days of Summer photo challenge. I can't wait to see what you'll do with next week's theme: WATER!
Mustikkamaito oli suurta herkkua lapsena. En ole koskaan ostanut pensasmustikoita, mahtavatko maistua samalle kuin metsämustikat...
ReplyDeleteAinakin himo tulee noita herkkuja katsellessa =)
Tästä innostuneena ostin ekan kerran pensasmustikoita ja nehän olivat tosiaan hyviä!! Joutuu ostamaan jatkossakin...ja toivottavasti saadaan tänä vuonna ihan omaa satoakin.
